We are on a mission to close the mental health resource gaps in Eastern North Carolina. Today, we invite you to join us in establishing a vital, permanent suicide prevention resource for our community.


Turning Grief into Community Strength


In Eastern North Carolina, the need for mental health intervention is profound. We have identified that the lack of warning sign recognition is the biggest barrier to saving lives. We have passionate, trained QPR Gatekeepers in our region who are ready to take the next step, but financial barriers prevent them from becoming the certified instructors our region desperately needs.


Our Goal: Fund Life-Saving Instructor Certifications


Your donation doesn't just fill a fund; it transforms a dedicated neighbor into a certified, life-saving instructor. We are seeking donations, of any amount - to fund Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Instructor Certifications for dedicated local advocates. Each certification costs applicants $597.00, so we want to help them by making it free. This isn't just your donation; it's an investment in community leaders who will provide ongoing, life-saving training to our neighbors.

We absorb all processing fees, ensuring every cent you donate goes directly into facilitating our Suicide Prevention QPR Training Fund. This fund provides completely free scholarships to dedicated community advocates based on objective criteria.  Our Board approved this initative on the condition that it was 100% pass through.  That means your donation pays for QPR training - nothing else.
